Princeton Management seeks a Leasing Agent to attract residents and maintain high occupancy while delivering excellent customer service. You will engage with prospects, conduct tours, and explain lease terms.

You’ll also process applications and keep precise leasing records to ensure a smooth tenant experience. Candidates with leasing or real estate exposure are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with basic computer skills and knowledge of local rental regulations.

• Ability to engage effectively with prospective and current residents.
• Familiarity with local rental market trends and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents, providing details on units, amenities and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours and address inquiries from potential residents.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining terms and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
