Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our communities. You will guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement. This role emphasizes occupancy goals and renewal programs within a dynamic, service-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete reports.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and close sales.
• Mathematical skills to process sales conversions and maintain records.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and execute lease signings.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in and maintain records.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and run marketing activities and events to drive traffic to the property.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability and lease activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and escalate as needed.
• Attend community events and engage in outreach to drive referrals.
