Audubon in Atlanta, GA seeks a Leasing Consultant to join our community-focused team. You will assist in leasing activities to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals, conduct tours, and respond promptly to inquiries from phone and web leads.

As part of the team, you will maintain accurate resident files, prepare move-in paperwork, coordinate with the community manager on marketing and outreach, and ensure show units are ready. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Entrata or other property management software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in leasing activities to maximize income and occupancy.
• Give prospect tours and discuss community amenities.
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone and web leads.
• Input new residents into Entrata and maintain accurate files.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and ensure units are ready for showing.
• Support the community manager’s marketing and leasing efforts.
• Conduct weekly outreach to market the community.
