Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn daily.
• Clear communication across in-person, phone, email and text.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and prepare rent-ready apartments and amenities.
• Respond to resident and prospect calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule viewing appointments and convert inquiries to tours.
• Facilitate the application process at the end of tours.
• Process applications promptly upon receipt.
