Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Fair Housing laws and Brookfield leasing policies compliance.
• High energy, customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing experience.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and encourage online applications.
• Manage leads in the CRM and complete move-in paperwork following policies.
• Close leases by presenting community details and promotions.
• Collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of apartments, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process applications, screen results, and prepare leases.
