Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to generate leads, sell and renew apartment leases while upholding Fair Housing guidelines. You will report to the Community Manager or Leasing Manager and deliver excellent customer service as part of a busy property team.

Responsibilities include preparing leases, processing applications, marketing, and coordinating changes for move-ins and move-outs. Travel for training or to assist at other communities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve closing ratios and shopping report scores.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business contacts and market ideas to increase occupancy.
• Prepare all new leases and lease renewals; process lease applications for Community Manager approval.
• Maintain leasing files and ensure compliance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Oversee pricing on BH website and utilize third-party online leasing programs.
• Assist in marketing promotions and ads; travel as needed for training or company business.
