Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant or model units and common areas.
• Log prospect information accurately into Property Management software.
• Post notices and assist with daily property inspections as needed.
