Asset Living seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant for a Mount Juliet property. You will handle showings, leasing, and move-ins, greet and qualify prospects, tour the community, and sign leases. You’ll manage daily on-site duties and keep accurate leasing records.

Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are essential. OSHA awareness is required; on-site staffing and compliance are part of the role with a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Able to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities: appointments, leads, tours, model units, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, walks, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
