Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals. You will show units, process applications, and guide move-ins to ensure residents have a seamless experience.

The role includes managing daily occupancy, handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and supporting administrative tasks. A 1-year leasing or client-service background is ideal; a strong MS Office and property software familiarity

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Yardi/Entrata is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
