ZRS Management is seeking a leasing consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present available properties, and negotiate lease terms with a focus on a smooth leasing process.

You will conduct tours, promote properties, respond to inquiries, coordinate paperwork, and collaborate with the property manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with lease paperwork and move-in coordination.
• Maintain occupancy and resident relations.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals.
