Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will conduct property tours and promote available units while maintaining strong relationships with current residents.

You will stay informed on local rental market trends, participate in marketing events, respond to inquiries, and uphold fair housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone and via email.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and regulations.
• Uphold fair housing laws and company policies.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
