Job summary

Opaa! Food Management seeks team members to support breakfast and lunch service, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catered events.

You will perform multiple kitchen tasks, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and production records to ensure food safety and quality. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift moderate weights, and adherence to Opaa!’s safety and timekeeping policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Follow safety and HACCP guidelines in daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and serving areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch and assist with serving lines.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Assist in catering functions and set up serving/bar lines.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked, including dishes and utensils.
• Record daily production as required and assist with meal counts.
