The Gulf in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a proactive Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, lead staff, manage scheduling, and coach team members to deliver consistent quality.

You will drive food prep, safety, quality, taste, and presentation; arrange equipment maintenance; monitor sanitation; control payroll budget and vendor purchases; and mentor a high-energy culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize recipes
• Plan and direct food prep and culinary activities
• Review food and beverage purchases
• Effectively delegate work to ensure an efficient kitchen
• Maintain kitchen—arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Recruit and manage kitchen staff and remain mindful of payroll budget
• Perform other duties as assigned
