Job summary

National Life Insurance Company is actively seeking energetic sales-minded professionals to join the Sales Desk Team in Addison, TX, starting in September. The role focuses on supporting field leaders, promoting life and annuity products, and handling inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers onsite work four days per week with core days Monday through Thursday, a potential language differential for bilingual skills, and opportunities for growth into leadership

Qualifications

• :1–3 years financial services experience (preferred).
• :3+ years successful sales experience (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience as well as use technical skills and people skills, on the phone and in person, to build relationships and help grow sales.
• Interpersonal Flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identifying sales opportunities, and cross‑selling skills with agents.
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
• Be skilled at presenting in both small and large group settings.
• Capture all activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com.
• Perform other duties as required.
