Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for an on-site role in the financial services sector. This position handles inbound and outbound calls, offers informed life insurance and annuity recommendations, and prepares illustrations and new business applications.

You will answer questions, follow documented procedures, and escalate to leadership when necessary. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, with extended hours possible during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Life and Health Insurance License in home state (must be obtained within 45 days of hire).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to exchange accurate information with customers and associates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and execute transactions with independence.
• Capacity to work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and recommendations for life insurance and/or annuities based on client needs.
• Prepare illustrations and process new business applications with accurate data entry.
• Deliver courteous service and resolve client inquiries, escalating to management as needed.
• Review policy data and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Perform follow-up calls and assist with application completion as required.
• Handle inbound calls about policy status and guide changes or transactions.
• Conduct outbound calls for non-sales purposes, verify information, and remind premium dues.
• Process service transactions and escalation of errors per procedures.
• Support licensing and appointment activities for producers, including data entry and verification.
