The position requires an associate's degree and 2+ years in sales or sales support plus customer service or training experience; standard office environment with typical hours. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support experience and 2 years in customer service, public speaking or training role.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and fax to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
• Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional between customers and sales team.
• Providing proposals / quotations.
• Reviewing and processing customer purchase orders.
• Purchasing products.
• Scheduling / posting customer shipments.
• Ensuring customer needs are met by tracking account activities and following through.
• Assist and provide technical support to customers as needed.
• Address and facilitate resolution of customer issues and concerns with personal initiative or by assigning action to appropriate personnel and teams.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
• Product training schools will be required.
