Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their Liberty Roofing Center team in Beaver, Pennsylvania. You will work closely with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and Territory Sales Representatives.
• Conduct outbound sales phone work.
• Process orders and assist with product requirements.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Follow up on customer inquiries promptly.
