Job summary

TE Wire & Cable is expanding its Sales Management team and seeks an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business, build relationships, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include cold-calling, identifying opportunities, and delivering quotes with competitive pricing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities, including those involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Proactively cold-call prospects generated through various lead sources.
• Research and identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers within target markets to initiate the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales approaches and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities.
• Provide application guidance and coordinate with Wire Engineering as needed to address technical issues.
• Assist with other duties and projects assigned by management.
