Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information and options.
• Share product details, provide advice, and prepare Estimates for packages/projects.
• Process transactions using the POS system and follow up on online quotes.
• Qualify new leads via cold calls and support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
• Contribute to inventory control through cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
