Carter Lumber Company is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to become the face of the store, helping customers on the floor with product information, quotes, and transactions.

You will learn our POS system, support Outside Sales Reps, follow up on online quotes, and assist with inventory control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the floor with product selection and estimates.
• Share product information and advise on project needs.
• Process transactions and handle quotes.
• Follow up on online quotes and qualify new leads.
• Support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
• Aid in inventory control and cycle counts to resolve shortages/overages.
• Complete training on products and POS system.
