Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience.

• Proficient in Outlook and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and taking customer orders; suggest new items and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; ensure attention to every customer.
• Establish friendly relationships with customers and maintain ongoing relations.
• Create and maintain a prospect list and contact them regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales team and assist walk-in customers.
• Occasionally visit customers to ensure orders and products are satisfactory.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and metrics.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Record sales transactions and submit weekly reports to higher officials.
• Research the market for competitive products and marketing strategies.
• Analyze customer choices and buying capacities to suggest suitable products.
