• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and coordinate efforts.
• Meet and engage with walk-in customers and address inquiries.
• Occasionally visit customers to ensure orders and stock are accurate.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Note customer feedback and report to the appropriate department.
• Research market for competitive products and marketing strategies.
• Record all transactions in the sales log and submit weekly reports.
• Analyze customer choices and financial capacity to suggest suitable products.
