Meyer Distributing is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager for our Jasper, IN team. The Inside Sales Representative handles inbound/outbound calls, processes orders, and supports Meyer’s dealers nationwide.

Entry-level candidates with strong customer service are considered, with emphasis on communication, multitasking, and computer proficiency. The role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction, staying informed on product lines, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to communicate on the phone 90 percent or more of shift.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows preferred.
• Experience with automotive parts and prior sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, taking orders and closing sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls.
• Process calls with accuracy; keep digital notes; verify orders before entry.
• Maintain accounts per company standards and build customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and stay current on product knowledge.
