Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of telephone calls per day, taking orders and closing sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
• Process all calls with efficiency and accuracy; keep digital notes and verify orders before processing into the computer system.
• Ensure accounts are serviced and maintained to company standards.
• Recognize customers’ buying patterns and promote new product lines.
• Contact key accounts regularly; build sales and new customer relationships.
