Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or HR experience.
• HRIS experience required; Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting from job approval through onboarding.
• Schedule interviews and be the main contact for candidates.
• Maintain job postings and recruiting records.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding.
• Support hiring events and recruiting initiatives.
• Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, PFML, ADA).
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policy administration, and special projects.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers with confidentiality.
