Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day employee lifecycle activities from hire through ongoing employment
• Facilitate new-hire processes and ensure required documentation is completed
• Keep employee and workforce information accurate across internal systems
• Monitor records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Assist payroll, employee records, and employment-related requests
• Staffing support and help ensure efficient hiring processes
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with HR on projects and process improvements
