Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Rotating Sales Consultant in Hillsboro to guide buyers through the new-home selection and purchase journey. You will present model homes, explain floorplans and options, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information for buyers.

The role requires a real estate license for OR/WA, strong communication, and up to 1 year in sales or customer service. A collaborative team environment and a flexible schedule are offered, with commissions on top

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Licensed to sell real estate in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Up to 1 year in home sales, real estate or related fields.
• Experience managing customer interactions and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through the selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours and present model homes and options.
• Generate new sales leads via referrals, events and online channels.
• Prepare and review sales contracts and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contracts in CRM.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing and Transactions teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address post-sale issues.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
