Qualifications

• Licensed to sell real estate in Washington.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through home selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours, model homes, floorplans, and options; answer questions.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads via referrals, events, marketing, and online platforms.
• Prepare, review, and process accurate sales contracts and documents per standards.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM and sales systems.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing, and Transactions teams.
