Job summary

You’ll setup and maintain mobile devices, computers, applications, and the company's VOIP system, while ensuring cybersecurity and smooth operation. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong Windows knowledge, and teamwork with the MIS group to deliver reliable IT solutions and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting experience including software installation and hardware repair.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows in a networked environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels.
• Ability to analyze problems and suggest solutions to address root causes.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for up to 1,400 employees in a team setting
• Setup and maintain mobile devices
• Setup and support computers and applications in a Microsoft Windows networked environment.
• Provide support for the companys voice over IP system.
• Resolve general helpdesk requests to support hardware and applications use.
• Install, test, and deploy software updates and security patches to maintain endpoint stability, performance, and cybersecurity compliance.
