GLFHC in Methuen, MA is seeking a Health Desk Technician, Jr to join our Information Services team. This entry‑level role provides basic hardware, software, and account support, emphasizing learning, troubleshooting fundamentals, and customer service while escalating more complex issues to senior staff.

You will respond to user requests, log and triage tickets, assist with setup and replacement of equipment, and help maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and overall user

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in a help desk or customer service environment.
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office 365.
• Interest in learning networking fundamentals and PC hardware.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing the Help Desk by logging and triaging user requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows workstations, Office 365, printers, and accounts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff following procedures.
• Educate users on basic problem resolution and proper system usage.
• Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of equipment.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, inventory, and logs.
• Work under supervision with defined escalation paths.
