Touro College & University System is seeking a Fourth Year Coordinator to support the Department of Clinical Education. The role focuses on collecting rotation forms, maintaining schedules, and managing data for fourth-year rotations and student files.

The coordinator will liaise between students, clinical sites, and faculty, coordinate with preceptors, and oversee onboarding and tracking systems across multiple platforms. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education.
• Serve as the initial/primary point of contact for students.
• Communicate with students and clinical sites regarding schedules and evaluations.
• Coordinate rotation opportunities with preceptors.
• Follow up on missing student performance evaluations.
• Respond to high volume of emails promptly.
• Ensure all matters reported by students and clinical sites are communicated to leadership.
• Complete onboarding paperwork for clinical rotations across platforms.
• Maintain student tracking software for schedules.
• Participate in annual department reviews of forms and manuals.
• Attend meetings with students regarding rotations and advisement.
• Create detailed spreadsheets with student information and site details.
• Collaborate within the team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Grade Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator, and Health Assessment Coordinator.
