Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of administrative office experience, including leading teams.
• Must have a valid driver's license as travel is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with academic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 3rd and 4th year medical student programs and supervise clerkship coordinators.
• Schedule NBME exams and compile grade reports for students and faculty.
• Orient and train students for hospital-specific procedures and manage visiting student records.
• Serve as liaison between MUSM, medical schools, hospitals, and physician offices; maintain committee records.
• Train and supervise proctors for NBME and internal exams; manage learning management system data.
