Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education.
• Serve as the initial/primary point of contact for the student(s).
• Communicate with students and clinical sites regarding schedules and evaluations.
• Coordinate rotation opportunities with individual preceptors.
• Follow up with students regarding missing evaluations and respond to high email volume.
• Ensure onboarding paperwork for clinical rotations across platforms.
• Establish and maintain New Innovations student tracking for schedules.
• Review and edit forms and documentation for annual department updates.
• Conduct meetings with students regarding rotations and residency advisement.
• Create detailed spreadsheets tracking student information, site details and residency data.
• Collaborate effectively within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
