Job summary
Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Food Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will take and enter orders, explain menu items, coordinate with the kitchen and bartenders, and ensure timely, accurate service to guests in your section.

Qualifications
- Minimum six months of food and beverage serving experience.
- Must meet state age requirement for serving alcohol.
- Ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, energetic manner.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests.
- Explain menu and make recommendations.
- Take orders and enter them accurately.
- Communicate with kitchen staff.
- Balance trays and deliver to tables.
- Refill drinks and provide attentive service.
- Check in with guests during meals.
- Set tables, polish glasses, fold napkins, replenish condiments.
