Job summary

Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery in Las Vegas is seeking a Busser to support the dining room by cleaning tables, setting linens and silverware, and promptly re-setting tables for guests. You will maintain side stations, floors, and furniture while assisting with service flow and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, fast pace, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. In-person work in Las Vegas, NV is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles.
• Must be able to multi-task well and work well under pressure.
• Nevada Health Card required.
• Nevada TAM card required.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with clean linens and silverware and remove soiled dishes.
• Maintain side stations, floors and furniture; promptly reset tables for next guests.
• Stock and maintain side stations for all team members in the restaurant.
• Assist with cleaning and re-setting tables between courses and service hours.
• Support team members to ensure smooth dining room operation.
