Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate checkout using POS, flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certification through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess projects, recommend products, and encourage purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep store clean, and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with management and team to hit sales goals.
• Process checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
