Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select products for their projects.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. As part of the sales floor team, you’ll maintain in-stock conditions, assist customers at checkout, and collaborate with management to reach sales goals in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite purchases.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition, keep areas clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process checkout at POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures; create price tags and signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; support other store areas as needed.
• Adhere to company safety processes and policies.
