Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and lease administration.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent rolls, and prepare regular financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and inspections; assist with training staff and resident relations.
