You will guide prospects through tours and membership options, aim to meet sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products, and ensure an exceptional member experience through daily operations and collaboration with coaches and team members.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email).
• Flexible with weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to grow within CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
