Essential duties include assisting members in person and by phone, following scripts, maintaining front desk standards, and keeping the facility clean and safe for all guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and handle inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Follow scripts and standard procedures for member services.
• Use hardware and software to service members and maintain records.
• Ensure safety and sanitization guidelines are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with rate reviews and memberships processing as needed.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisors and support team goals.
