Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs and transport deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and payments.
