World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and related services.

The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings with borrowers, and the ability to balance sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations while meeting performance goals and earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and maintain records in company systems.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements; complete required training and meet performance expectations.
