World Finance Company of South Carolina, LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with their financial needs in a fast-paced branch.

This in-person role requires daily outbound calling, high-volume collections, meeting with customers, and closing loans, while maintaining accurate records, following policy, and achieving branch targets.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform all bank runs including transporting deposits.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
