World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Walterboro, SC to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and other financial needs in person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and payments.
• Process payments and balance cash; maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Handle bank runs and deposits; follow policies and regulatory requirements.
