World Finance Company of South Carolina, LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans while meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation is $15–$18 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation; thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document all activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and balance cash; complete bank runs to deliver deposits.
