Job summary

Inizio Engage in Los Angeles seeks a motivated Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive physician engagement and educate healthcare professionals across primary care. You will build strategic relationships, deliver product information, and consistently work to achieve sales targets across your territory.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, have B2B sales experience, and be comfortable with technology and virtual engagements. Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling to targeted Physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and patient/product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets; complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with all policies and trainings; manage routing plans and call activities.
