Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in Fresno, CA to drive demand through clinical selling and education for physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will build and maintain strong HCP relationships, deliver product information, and meet activity targets while completing administrative tasks daily.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, B2B sales experience, comfort with technology, and the ability to travel up to 20% with some overnight travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
Ability to travel up to 20% of time; overnight travel may be required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians and other HCPs.
Establish and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, PAs, etc.).
Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
Meet or exceed activity targets and complete administrative tasks daily.
Comply with company policies and trainings; manage time and routing plans.
Collaborate with geographic partners to optimize coverage and results.
