Job summary

Inizio Engage in Dallas seeks a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand in primary care, building strong relationships with physicians and other HCPs. You will deliver product information and education, meet sales targets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize territory performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, is comfortable with technology and virtual engagements, and willing to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company
• Complete administrative items daily
• Comply with policies and trainings
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities
• Collaborate with geographic partners
