Job summary

Terminix is seeking a dynamic Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management solutions to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored proposals to protect homes and families.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, use the Sales CRM for home diagrams and proposals, and drive sales through follow-ups and expert installations. Travel up to 100% of the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions to residential customers
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to show customer home and challenges
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations
