Job summary

Command Investigations LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with at least 1 year of experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hourly pay between $23 and $30, with hours typically Mon-Fri and casework driving duties.

You will conduct investigations across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims, compiling detailed reports for clients and maintaining rigorous attention to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of claims investigations experience.
• Ability to travel across multiple states as needed.
• Own equipment (camera and digital recorder) required.
• Strong reading, writing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations, gather evidence, interview involved parties.
• Prepare comprehensive, client-ready investigation reports.
• Submit daily updates with progress and observations.
• Investigate multiple claim types including workers’ comp, liability, auto, and property.
• Record statements, perform scene investigations, and courthouse research.
